Key Milestones
Pinacl Solutions origins date back to 1983 where it started with Pilkington Fibre Optic Technologies, which later became Pilkington Communication Systems Ltd in 1986. A “Buy In, Management Buy Out” (BIMBO) in 1993 created Pinacl Communications Systems Limited and the organisation grew and expanded into a number of successful business divisions. This business was bought by Tyco Electronics in January 2001 and the business was split with the Services part being bought by a US company, Fisk LLC in September 2005 and renamed Pinacl Solutions UK Limited. In July 2006, a US merchant bank, Perseus LLC, purchased the business and created a newly formed holding company Perseus Pinacl Holding Limited.
