Rob Bardwell - Managing Director
Since joining Pinacl Solutions in 1999, Rob holds responsibility for the all the aspects of Pinacl sales and operations including service delivery, project management and support services.
Managing the overall strategy for Pinacl, Rob has been responsible for the development and implementation of recent growth which has secured new contracts such as the City of York. This strategy also involves maintaining the long term relationships that Pinacl has developed over a number of years with clients such as Reading Borough Council, Health & Safety Laboratories, Barclays Bank and Wiltshire Police.
Mark Lowe - Sales and Marketing Director
Since joining Pinacl Solutions in June 2008, Mark is responsible for the sales, pre-sales, professional services, software development and marketing functions of the business. With over twenty years of experience in the information technology industry, Mark brings together these various functions to to develop a consistent strategic plan for the company's growth. Through working together as a team under Mark's guidance, Pinacl Solutions deliver projects on time and provide a first class customer service.
David O'Brien - Service Delivery & Operations Director
David is responsible for the managed services, value-added maintenance and project management functions within the organisation. With over thirty years of experience in sales and services delivery in the network infrastructure industry, David brings a wealth of knowledge to support Pinacl's varied customer base. David rejoined Pinacl Solutions in October 2003 having worked for the company in the late 1990s and his current key goals are to develop the company's overall service offering to create processes and policies that deliver service excellence. David has been fundamentally involved in the adoption of the ITIL service management methodology for Pinacl Solutions.
