Pinacl Solutions UK Ltd awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2005 for UK operations
Pinacl Solutions has achieved the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification for information management and physical security at its UK operations centre. The internationally-recognised standard provides assurance that Pinacl Solutions UK Ltd maintains the highest levels of security for its clients' information assets.
ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is the only auditable international standard which defines the requirements for an information security management system.
The standard is designed to ensure the selection of adequate and proportionate security controls. This certification acknowledges that Pinacl Solutions UK Ltd adopts a process approach for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving an information security management system. The certification covers physical infrastructure, site security and access management, communications and operations, legal compliance criteria, back-up and disaster recovery systems.
