“Pinacl's Video Managed Services solution comprises of two main areas. Firstly, the design and implementation of a secure videoconferencing infrastructure including a local gatekeeper, central management software and Polycom video applications integrated into bespoke audio visual solutions such as conferencing studios, desktop systems, mobile video conferencing nits and kiosk booths. Secondly as part of the solution Pinacl also provides a video Managed Service in terms of help-desk support, operated by Polycom certified technicians, pre-emptive network diagnostics and a next day system replacement in the event of a system fault.
