Pre-sales consultancy - Pinacl have a team of highly qualified and experienced Pre Sales engineers and consultants. The design process is initiated through engagement with the client at an early stage; scoping and discussing the key functionality of the infrastructure, and then proposing a suitable solution that falls within the client's budget.
Installation - Pinacl Technical Specialists are fully trained and accredited to install all of the voice, video, data and web conferencing solutions. These engineers are supported by skilled employees within Pinacl's offices, including Security Specialists, Technical Consultants and Research & Development Engineers. Our highly skilled engineering team follow an ongoing training and development programme to ensure they continue to be experts in their fields.
Professional Training - Pinacl consider training key in getting the maximum benefit from any AV, Videoconferencing or Telepresence deployment, and we offer a variety of training programmes which are tailored to the specific requirement of the end user organisation. We will work with the customer to define an appropriate training programme which can cover a variety of roles and address different levels of knowledge transfer from on-site technical experts to the end users.
Support services - Pinacl are specialist accredited providers of Polycom Videoconferencing and Telepresence solutions and maintenance services. Pinacl has a long and successful track record in the provision of maintenance and support services to a large number of Public Sector organisations.
Project Management - Pinacl utilise a subset of the Prince2 Project Management Methodology as the basis for delivering all our contracts. All of our Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers (SDM's) are accredited to Prince2 Practitioner level. Our Project Delivery processes are clearly defined using this methodology, and this approach provides us with a number of clear benefits:
- A high standard of Project Manager who fully understands the processes required to successfully delivering a project.
