Field Service Engineer (Southern based), Company Vehicle + Overtime + On Call + Excellent Salary + Company Benefits
The key responsibilities within the above role are as follows:
- Providing technical installations and tests according to design documentation and project plan
- Diagnosing faults with customer network and carrying out repairs within agreed SLA
- Providing support and advice on general faults and queries
- Provision of 24hr On-Call (rotation)
- Assist with maintaining internal IT network
- Health and Safety awareness ensuring a safe working environment at all times
The roles will require a confident individual who is capable of working on their own initiative. Qualified to a minimum CCNP Level, the successful candidates will have proven experience in a Field Service Engineer role. You will possess strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of voice and data networks, cable testing techniques and structural network cable infrastructures.
The successful candidate will be accredited in the Cisco core range of products. In addition Nortel, Mitel, 3Com and Extreme product knowledge would be advantageous. UK Travel is required to ensure the IT SLA is achieved therefore a full, clean, valid UK driving licence is mandatory.
