JNT Telecommunications Framework Agreement

Our experience in the education market sector has involved a number of projects; the ambitious Welsh Video Network project for UKERNA, creating at the time, the largest videoconferencing network in Europe; the delivery of the educational infrastructure for the Thomas Deacon Academy in Peterborough, one of the largest and most technically-advanced Academies built in the UK; the recent managed service contract for the City of York including schools and libraries throughout the region. Under the JNT Association Telecommunications Framework Agreement we are able to offer the following services:

Service and Support
The 24/7 Service Desk based at Pinacl Solutions’ Headquarters, North Wales is the first point of contact for any fault.

As soon as the Service Desk team has logged your call and made necessary checks (kit checks, line checks), we will notify the relevant carrier and a fault opened with that carrier. The assignment of faults shall occur within 15 minutes of the initial contact, and this shall be defined as the initial point of fault resolution, (subject to appropriate details being available at the point of issue notification).
