Rob Bardwell - Managing Director
Since joining Pinacl Solutions in 1999, Rob holds responsibility for all aspects of Pinacl operations, (outside of transportation) including service delivery, project management and support services.
Heading up the strategic development team, Rob is responsible for the development and implementation of growth and development strategies including managed services, help-desk and support functions, project management, product support, customer acquisition and proposition development. Rob has an impressive catalogue of successful projects including, UKERNA, the Health and Safety Laboratories, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Bank and Reading Borough Council.

Jeffrey Beasley - Sales and Marketing Director
Since joining Pinacl Solutions in 1995 as the Sales and Marketing Director, Jeff has been involved in a number of prestigious ICT projects. Incorporating a vast knowledge of the ICT & Telecoms industry, Jeff has developed a robust and successful sales strategy, designed to provide "year on year" revenue growth, whilst providing industry leading solutions and services.
Responsible for the sales, pre-sales, solution design and marketing teams, Jeff has successfully created a strong team of vertically aligned Business Development Managers and highly technical pre-sales teams, providing innovative, technologically advanced customer centric solutions and services. Jeff has an impressive catalogue of high profile projects including the Enron European HQ project, the MoD Whitehall refurbishment and the BZW HQ in Canary Wharf.

Nigel Sperring - Financial Director
After graduating from Leeds University in 1991 with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Nigel went on to successfully attain Fellowship of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Since joining Pinacl in 2000, Nigel has successfully developed a strong team, managing all aspects of finance, including management accounts, accounting practices, accounts payable, payroll and treasury.

Mark Ferne - Contracts Director
Since joining Pinacl in 1996, Mark has held responsibility for all aspects of the Pinacl's BAA contract and airport/transportation operations.
Operations within the airport environment require an in-depth knowledge of operating in its unique environment. Mark's highly technical and commercial background holds him in good stead to head up an impressive team of industry experts including airport operations, engineering and project management. Mark's teams are responsible for the management and implementation of a multi-year BAA (British Airport Authority) framework agreement, incorporating the design, implementation and commission of network infrastructure and application support for 5 of the Southern airports including Heathrow and Gatwick.

Susan Davies - Human Resources Director
Susan's solid background in Human Resources and the HR team puts Pinacl in an enviable position, ensuring that our HR policies and stringent interview processes attract the best calibre of employees and technical skills our industry has to offer. Susan has successfully gained a number of qualifications in the field of Human Resources, including membership of the CIPD, (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), employment law certification, TUPE Regulations and specialist occupational psychometric certificates. Susan's HR team has several responsibilities such as developing a robust HR strategy in line with business requirements, implementing and maintaining policies aimed at recruitment and compliance with employment law regulations, employee training & development, employee recognition and retaining a workforce of the highest calibre.

Sales and Pre Sales
The Sales and Pre Sales department consists of Chris Giles, Jonathan Davies, Dick Jones, Tegwyn Jones, Marie Hamilton, Alasdair Rettie (left to right) and Yvonne Cooper (middle). (Also include Ele Gumbs not pictured)
A strong team of pre-sales solution designers and Business Development Mangers are designed to provide the optimum solution to our customers, ensuring industry leading products and services.

Marketing and Bid Support
The Marketing department includes Lisa Benner, Yvonne Cooper and Callie James (left to right). (Also Joanne Jones & Kelly Butler- Bid Support-not pictured). The team are responsible for all marketing activity, including support for the sales teams, customer focused campaigns, internal and external events, corporate branding, website management, PR and internal communications.
Bid support is responsible for the submission of Tenders, PPQ's, framework compliance and the management of the sales management systems.

IT
Located in our North Wales office, the IT department includes David Pasko and Liam Wynne (left to right) who through a network of engineers provide support to 6 Pinacl Solutions core remote sites across the UK, in addition to over 20 client locations for customer site based employees.
The team implement, manage and maintain an extensive network infrastructure and number of desktop and video conferencing applications for approx 200 office, customer site and remotely based Pinacl employees. In a dynamic environment that can change rapidly, Pinacl insist of practicing what we preach, the Pinacl network has been designed and configured using industry leading applications and products to provide optimum resilience and security for our employees and customers.

Helpdesk
Located in our North Wales office, the Helpdesk team consists of three members; Stephen Boardman, Steve Thomas and Isla Mackay (left to right.) (These are in turn supported by a network of customer-site and remote working engineers and system planners.) The highly trained and manufacturer certified team provide help-desk/service-desk and NOC diagnostic support for a number of customer's networks and applications.

Project Managers
Located throughout the UK, the project and site management team consists of Dave Beattie, Bob Alborough (1st Row, left to right), James Heeley, Dean Briers, (2nd Row left to right), Robert Bardwell, Mike Jones (3rd Row Left to Right), Joy Cooper, Tim Jewell (4th Row left to right) and Mark Wilson (Top row.)
The Project & Site Management Team manage all installation projects excluding the Managed Service and BAA divisions of Pinacl. The team have successfully project managed a catalogue of installations, worldwide and across the UK from straightforward single site projects to highly complex multiple site, multiple year installations.
The largest infrastructure project to date including planning, implementation and management (on and off site) of an entire network, valued in excess of £23 million and run over 5 years.

Accounts
Based in the North Wales office, the Accounts department are responsible for all accountancy activities at Pinacl Solutions including payroll, accounts payable and management of accounts. Celsius Development Team
The design, development and implementation of the new Celsius Core suite is managed by the Celsius development team consisting of Alasdair Rettie, Gareth Owen, and Neil Williams (left to right).
With over 20 years of software development experience and solution design between them, the team have recently released Celsius™Core, the latest version of our industry leading infrastructure management application. The Celsius product has been used successfully on a number customer sites for several years and is currently provided as a "value add" service as part of our managed service portfolio. Celsius is also used in-house by our engineering and project management teams to manage network infrastructure and in a new release, due in mid 2007 will be sold as a infrastructure management software application.

Video AV
Specialist in the Video and AV arena, the Video team consists of four core members (supported by additional engineering and solution design resources). The team consists of Jonathan Davies, Chris Giles, Tegwyn Jones and Marie Hamilton (left to right). Marie and Chris look after our customers' commercial interests - this may involve discussing and advising on projects, providing quotations and ensuring that customers are happy with the service they receive from Pinacl. Jonathan is the team's pre-sales support engineer and works on systems design and responses to tenders. Tegwyn's role, as video solutions development manager is to track industry developments, evaluate new products, manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure that Pinacl continues to provide market leading video/AV solutions.

Human Resources
Based in the North Wales and London offices, Human Resources consist of three members. Susan Davies, Chrissie Parry-Jones and James Richardson (not pictured). Responsible for all HR activities within the company the team provide consultancy and advice on employee training and development, recruitment, company benefits and HR practices.
