Stores Person (North Wales Office), Excellent Salary + Company Benefits

To support the Purchasing & Logistics Function, the above position has arisen for an experienced Stores Person. The key responsibilities for the role will involve the following duties:

  • Manage the day to day operation of the Stores, managing stock and maintaining stock list
  • Receive goods from carriers and suppliers
  • Pack goods for shipping out to customer sites liaising with Project Managers and Maintenance
  • Managers to ensure requirements have been met
  • Assemble as required, packs consisting of separate items recording serial numbers and part numbers
  • Ensure all delivery errors and associated paperwork are resolved
  • Manage product returns

Previous experience with Manual Handling techniques and Stores and stock control are required. The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines is essential to succeed in this role.

The successful candidate must also possess the following attributes:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety procedures
  • Flexibility to be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Full, clean, valid UK driving licence
