Stores Person (North Wales Office), Excellent Salary + Company Benefits
To support the Purchasing & Logistics Function, the above position has arisen for an experienced Stores Person. The key responsibilities for the role will involve the following duties:
- Manage the day to day operation of the Stores, managing stock and maintaining stock list
- Receive goods from carriers and suppliers
- Pack goods for shipping out to customer sites liaising with Project Managers and Maintenance
- Managers to ensure requirements have been met
- Assemble as required, packs consisting of separate items recording serial numbers and part numbers
- Ensure all delivery errors and associated paperwork are resolved
- Manage product returns
Previous experience with Manual Handling techniques and Stores and stock control are required. The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines is essential to succeed in this role.
The successful candidate must also possess the following attributes:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety procedures
- Flexibility to be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Full, clean, valid UK driving licence
